I ordered my usual size, and from what I remember, I’ve never had this much trouble with fit before. These were way too small right out of the box. Maybe I’m forgetting some other shoes that ran small, but these definitely didn’t feel true to size.

"Cute, but kind of hit or miss"
I really liked the style of these shoes and they looked cute on, but the fit was a bit tricky for me. They felt fine at first, then started getting tight after about an hour. So overall, they’re kind of hit or miss depending on your feet.

"The shoes looked good when they arrived, but..."
The shoes looked good when they arrived, but they just didn’t fit right. I figured the return would be simple, but it turned into a hassle. Customer service took a few days to get back to me, and when they did, it was mostly vague promises like “we’ll update you soon” without actually saying when anything would happen. I’m still waiting to hear what’s going on with my refund. Overall, not a total disaster, but definitely more annoying than it needed to be...

"I liked these shoes when I first got..."
I liked these shoes when I first got them — they looked nice and felt decent. Compared to some other pairs I’ve owned, though, the soles started wearing down a bit sooner than I expected. They’re still wearable and fine for casual use, but I wouldn’t call them the most durable shoes I’ve tried.

"Horrible, terrible customer service."
I do like the shoes so much that I am on my third pair, but....the customer service is beyond terrible. They range between absent to outright rude. They check emails about once per day late in the evening, they don't read your message and ignore your complaint.
These are not cheap shoes, but they treat their customers so badly. It would be worth their while to invest in good service to keep return customers.
